Students - Access for Students Currently Enrolled at LA City College
Only Students enrolled in the current semester/session are able to login to the databases. Students should be able to login as of the first day of the semester/session, though sometimes there is some lag time the first day or two of the semester/session as users get loaded into the system. If you are currently taking a class and your login doesn't work, you may contact IT for assistance: ​LACCStudentSupport@laccd.edu or (323) 766-6240.
Be sure to include your Student ID number and email address.
Username:
- the first two letters of your first name,
- the first two letters of your last name, and
- the last five digits of your Student ID number.
Password:
- the Month and Day of your birthday, as given in the school records, with the format MMDD.
Example: A student named Sandy King, born on January 26th, with the Student ID number 88123456 would use:
- Username: saki23456
- Password: 0126
Faculty and Staff
Use your UIA account credentials, also known as your Academic username and password.
Be aware that your Academic account is different that your other employee accounts.
In some cases, your login may work as listed below, but it is not the same for all employees. If the below does not work for you or to confirm your UIA/Academic account, please contact the IT helpdesk at LACC-TechSupport@laccd.edu.
Username:
- username that is from your employee email address
Password:
- 0 plus your employee ID number
Example: An employee named James Bernard Kingston with the employee ID number 1234567 would use:
- Username: kingstjb
- Password: 01234567
