The Library has some textbooks, but students are responsible for buying textbooks from the SBVC Bookstore or enrolling in the BookSaver Program upon registration.

Search your student email for "follet" or "redshelf" or "brytewave" for updates.

Pick up physical books from the college bookstore, and all electronic books will be sent to your student email.

To access e-books, log into your BryteWave account at https://brytewave.redshelf.com/ using your student email ([student email address]@student.sbccd.edu).

If you’ve lost your temporary password or your registering for the first time:

  • Click "Log In" > "Forgot Password" > enter your student email > "Request Reset."
  • You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
  • Once logged in, you'll see the e-books for your courses.
