If the library doesn't own an item, can I request it from another institution?

If Palomar College Library locations do not own the books or articles you need, it may be possible to get them from another library using a service known as Interlibrary Loan (ILL). ILL allows libraries to borrow from other libraries materials (books, videos and articles) they don’t own.
