This email account is from Microsoft Office 365 and can accessed through https://outlook.office365.com. You can also log into Office.com to access more apps, like Word, PowerPoint, or Excel.

Continuing Students: Use the same username you had before, format is firstname.lastname@gcccd.edu

New Students (applied after 3/28/25): Username is sent to you in the Welcome email, the format is firstname.lastname@gcccd.edu or firstinitial.lastname@gcccd.edu  

Some user names my not exceed 20 or 24 characters.

Passwords:

• For Continuing Students use your previous password  

• Initial password for students that applied before 3/28/25 is your 6-digit date of birth (MMDDYY) and for students that applied after 3/28/25 your initial password will have been provided to you in the Welcome email.  

You will be required to change your password on the first log in and every 12 months. New passwords must be at least 16 characters long - capitals letters, numbers, or special characters are not required.
