What is the EZProxy administrator block?
If you are trying to log into the library databases and get a message saying that you are blocked by the administrator for EZProxy.

If you are trying to log into the library's databases and receive an error message saying that you blocked by the administrator of EZProxy, please email c-helpdesk@gcccd.edu with your name, student ID number, and the error message (this is to make sure we know how to help you). We will work on getting the block lifted as quickly as possible. It may take 24-48 hours to fix the issue.
Students outside of the US and Mexico will be automatically blocked from access due to a system setting. You can get exempted from this block with the request. Instructions for exemption: https://www.gcccd.edu/it/ooc-accomodations.php
