Why is my InSite email account locked?

The InSite email for students was updated the weekend of July 9. If you are trying to check your InSite email and see "account locked,” please log out and back into InSite:
- Login to InSite
- Click on “down arrow” at the top right
- Choose “Log Out”
- Log back into InSite and click on Email tile
If you continue to have problems accessing email, please call District IT Helpdesk at 925-229-6888, and we'll help you access your InSite email.
