1. CCC students, faculty, and staff can access a free online version of Microsoft Word (and the whole  Office 365), as well as download it on their personal devices. See below for instructions or click link for a short video.

4. 1. Login to the Insite Portal
5. 2. Click on the Email tile
6. 3. Click on the waffle (nine dots) icon in the upper left corner
7. 4. Click on any of the Office 365 (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc) software, including OneDrive*.
   *OneDrive is similar to Google Drive and saves your files online instead of on your device, so you can access them from any computer, including the Library computers where you can print your files for free.
