Here are a few suggestions to troubleshoot database issues:

  • Make sure you using database links from the Clovis Community College Library database page and affiliated pages like our library's research guides, the library catalog, or Canvas. 
  • Make sure that your username and password are entered correctly. They are the same log-in that you use for Canvas and  campus email.
  • Try using another web browser or use a private/incognito browsing window.
  • Delete your web browser's history, cache, cookies, or any other site data and restart your web brorwser.

Unfortunately, campus tech issues and provider outages occur. Should none of the help items above solve your database issue, please contact the library or campus technology support.
