How do I renew an item I have checked out?

To renew, return, or exchange technology like laptops and WiFi hotspots, check our Technology Return page.

To renew items from the general collection (books, DVD's, CD audiobooks from our shelves), you can renew online. All students, faculty, and staff will have a log in to access their library account using the catalog.

1. Click "Sign In" at the top of the OneSearch catalog page.

2. Select "OneSearch Login" in the dialog box that appears on the screen.

3. The next screen is the SCCCD log in; enter your ID number and Canvas/SCCCD email password to continue.   

4. You will now be logged in and directed back to the OneSearch page, and your name should appear at the top.   

5. Click on your name and select "Loans." You will now be able to find the items checked out to you and your renewal options.   

      Steps to renew an item from another SCCCD library or an interlibrary loan (ILL) may vary. If you are unable to renew your item after logging in to your online account or need more help, stop by the library during open hours, call us at (559) 325-5215, or email us at library@cloviscollege.edu.
