The best place to find court cases through the library is through Nexis Uni, which can be found through our A-Z Databases list.
In Nexis Uni, either click Legal at the top or click on "All Content Types" in the search bar and select Legal from the drop-down menu.
You can then select Cases, as well as a country or state. On the Cases advanced search page, you can also select a timeline, party names, etc.
Another good place to search for case law outside of the library is Google Scholar. Select the "Case law" button, and then choose US court levels if desired. This will give you the full text of the court case
