The option to listen to a resource will depend on the database! The EBSCO and Gale databases both provide built-in text-to-speech options. For other databases, you may wish to try a free read-aloud program, such as PDF Reader.

Open the full text of the item. Look for the speaker or headphones icon in the top right corner. If you hover over it, it says "Text-to-speech."

Gale

Open the full text for the item. Look for the speaker icon in the menu just above the text of the article. If you hover over it, it says "Listen."
